The final days of July. Bathed in golden light.
For a brief moment, everything feels perfectly balanced. The pace slows. The shadows lengthen. The evening lingers a little longer.
Some moments are worth savouring... an Aureus Vita Martini in hand as the sun begins to set is one of them.
Composed.
Precise.
Timeless.

Some flavours lead. Others listen.
Hazelnut, vanilla, cinnamon, and aniseed are Aureus Vita's balancing botanicals. Subtle by design, they exist both to be noticed individually, and to ensure that every other note lands exactly where it should.
Without them, the signature notes of dark coffee would overpower. The citrus would cut too sharply. The sequence would unravel.
John Hall designed the Aureus Vita recipe in three distinct sections: Signature, Balancing, and Notes. Each botanical assigned a specific role. Each one contributing exactly what the sequence requires of it, and nothing more.
With the balancing notes in place, everything resolves into harmony.
Balance, it turns out, is not a happy accident. It is mathematics.

Few bars understand the art of composition quite like evebarldn.
At Eve, every cocktail begins with intention.
Created by gi.vale, The Velvet Underground brings together Aureus Vita Fibonacci Dry Gin, Bitter Honey Aperitif, lemon, and a distillate of blueberry, blackberry and beetroot.
Complex. Elegant. Earthy.
A distinctive expression of Aureus Vita's extraordinary sequence of flavour.
