Craft recognises craft. That's why we're proud to see Aureus Vita behind the bar at evebarldn, where every serve is thoughtfully composed to reveal a different side of the spirit. The Underground Velvet is precision in a glass. A balance of honey's soft sweetness and blueberry's quiet tartness, proportioned with precision. The ice cube, painted by hand with blueberry, transforms the drink as it melts. Clear at first glance, deep and saturated at another. john hall, master distiller

A chemist by training, John Hall first started making spirits in his kitchen back in the early 2010s. Within 10 years he’d received Gold Outstanding at the IWSC Awards for Trevethan Gin, with a highest ever score of 98/100. His new gin, Aureus Vita, goes a few steps further : : :
