Rivers of gold
This Wet Martini embodies the Golden Ratio (1:1.618) as a whole, to deliver a perfect mathematically balanced serve.

New world sling
The Singapore Sling is a classic cocktail invented in 1915. This cocktail is a great representation of a 6-recipe cocktail using the Fibonacci Sequence. The New World Sling is dry, elegant, classy and grown up.

Golden negroni
The Negroni recipe allows for a lot of creativity, considering it is so simple. It's traditionally equal parts, but we've broken the mould with this serve because of the power of the gin and the flavours you get with it.

AV & tonic
A sip & savour G&T that breaks the status quo as it is made to be enjoyed slowly. This is a deliberately strong, punchy drink that delivers the full impact of the gin. It emphasises the sensory experience and flavour journey of Aureus Vita.

Gin & sonic
This discerningly low-ABV sever shows how the smallest amount of Aureus Vita still delivers a flavourful, complete experience. It is highly adaptable, giving you space to experiment.

AV & tonic
Serve in a Rocks Glass, over a big cube of ice, stamped with a Fibonacci Spiral. Garnish with a spiral of dehydrated citrus fruit.
1 part (50ml) Aureus Vita
2 parts (100ml) FT Indian Tonic water
1 part (50ml) Aureus Vita
2 parts (100ml) FT Indian Tonic water
"A sip & savour G&T that breaks the status quo as it is made to be enjoyed slowly. This is a deliberately strong, punchy drink that delivers the full impact of the gin. It emphasises the sensory experience and flavour journey of Aureus Vita. In many standard London Dry Gin & Tonic serves, the finish quickly dissipates and turns metallic tasting. Here, the flavour sits in the mouth and stays fresh, with notes of blackcurrant leaf and liquorice. We use a full-strength tonic because it brings out the flavour profiles within Aureus Vita and stands up to the strength of it. For the garnish, dehydrated citrus is preferred because its earthy and not over-powering, allowing the botanicals in the gin to dance."
Golden negroni
Serve in a Rocks Glass, gentle stir and strain over a big block of ice, stamped with a Fibonacci Spiral. Garnish with a citrus spiral.
5 parts (37.5ml) Aureus Vita
3 parts (22.5 ml) Campari
2 parts (15 ml) Sweet Vermouth
(A blend of infused vermouths can be used)
Dash of Balancing Fibonacci Bitters
"The Negroni recipe allows for a lot of creativity considering it is so simple. It’s traditionally equal parts, but we’ve broken the mould with this serve because of the power of the gin and the flavours you get with it. We invite you to put your own mark on this ground-breaking Golden Negroni with a blend of infused vermouths (built according to the Fibonacci Sequence), and different combinations of bitters (signature, balancing spice or herbal notes)."
Gin & sonic
Build into a Rocks Glass over ice and garnish with a citrus spiral that goes with the ingredients that are used. Pink grapefruit or a fresh Amalfi lemon, perhaps.
5 Parts (50ml) Tonic (FT Mediterranean / FT Indian Tonic)
3 Parts (30ml) Soda (Club Soda / Pink grapefruit soda)
2 Part (20ml) Ice Cold Distilled Water (or filtered, can be infused)
1 Part (10ml) Aureus Vita
Optional 1-2 drops Signature/Citrus Bitters
“This discerningly low-ABV serve shows how the smallest amount of Aureus Vita will still deliver a flavourful and complete drinks experience. The Aureus Vita Gin and Sonic is highly adaptable, giving you space to experiment by mixing a tonic with a soda. Distilled water brings purity and clarity, diluting further while adhering to the sequence. The fastidiousness helps justify the higher price point. This serve gives you control over subtle flavours, encouraging play with different variations to see which gin botanicals are brought out. Overall, it’s a short serve of 100ml total liquid, vs a standard highball drink of 180-200ml; one to be savoured slowly.
Rivers of gold
Stir over ice for 12 seconds, strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon spiral.
1.618 Parts (56.5ml) frozen Aureus Vita
1 Part (35 ml) Dry vermouth (chilled)
1-2 drops Signature-forward/Citrusy Bitters
“This Wet Martini recipe embodies the Golden Ratio (1:1.618) as a whole, to deliver a perfect mathematically balanced serve. As such, absolute precision is required (more so than just following the sequence). This is a challenging recipe to measure, unless you’re prepared, but it results in the most harmonious Aureus Vita Wet Martini. The recipe seems simple in terms of ingredients. The art is in how it all comes together : the perfect combination of flavours, measures, and temperatures, to create something greater. It is inspired by the exactitude of the classic Vesper Martini; simple rules accurately followed to deliver maximum flavour and balance. In many ways, the creation of Aureus Vita is mirrored in its serve.”
New world sling
Shake all ingredients apart from soda. Strain into a classic Sling Glass over crushed ice, top with the soda, garnish with a cherry inside an orange spiral. Optionally, clarify both the lime and pineapple juices, stirring ingredients rather than shaking.
8 Parts (80ml) Pineapple Juice
5 Parts (50ml) Peach & Jasmine / Roasted Pineapple Soda (two options here – play around)
3 Parts (30ml) Lime Juice
2 Parts (20ml) Mandarin Liqueur
1 Parts (10ml) Benedictine
1 Part (10ml) Aureus Vita
Optional: 1-2 drops Spicing bitters
“The Singapore Sling is a classic. Invented in 1915. It is a great representation of a 6-recipe cocktail using the Fibonacci sequence. The Aureus Vita New World Sling is dry, elegant, classy and grown up. This serve uses Aureus Vita as the smallest number within the Fibonacci sequence. Underlying class, alongside the liqueurs.”
The golden martini
Wet the ice with the required - chilled - vermouth. Strain. Add the frozen Aureus Vita. Stir for precisely 16 seconds. Fine strain. Garnish with citrus fruit spiral.
1 part (60ml) frozen Aureus Vita
Blended and infused Vermouth (to drinker’s preference)
“The Golden Martini serve uses both φ and the Fibonacci Sequence. It builds upon the status quo of London’s modern Martini trolleys, sense of ceremony meeting mathematical precision to reach new heights. There’s lots to play with. Using the flavour wheel, consider which Aureus Vita notes you want to accentuate (earthy, herbal, floral, sweet) via the Vermouth blend. Bring flavours to the forefront or back end. The Aureus Vita Golden Martini can be very dry or wetter, a preferred balance tailored to the desires of the drinker. Water dilution should be considered when stirring it. Environmental factors play a part, but a 16 seconds is ideal, assuming the Aureus Vita is frozen and the Vermouth chilled.”
